This HHY CBTL outlet was intended to be accessible in two areas, the main counter and the ‘Grab & Go’ express area. Customers can quickly get their healthy light snacks and ice blended drinks at the ‘Grab & Go’ counter. While those who want their morning coffee fix and specialty pizza, can order at the main counter within the food court area.

Ensuring the branding is strongly present around the new outlet was my main responsibility and it took 6-7 months of planning with operations department, interior designer and contractor. We have a signature feature wall that consist of 6 wooden panel with the graphic laser printed on, minimalist chevron patterns on both counter signage and promoting the new pizza, cake and bowl additions to the menu.

The main counter also functions as the mini gourmet area where customers can order the new 8-9” pizza, cakes and healthy bowls. The design responsibilities were spread among team designers. The new food packaging was done by our senior team designer Khai, while food shots, digital menu and video promotions by our designer Zaidah and videographer Nas.
